Milwaukee Brewers infielder Eric Sogard has been optioned to Triple-A Colorado Springs. After going hitless in his last 27 at-bats and only holding a .100 batting average, the Brewers have decided to send him down to Triple-A to work on the fundamentals. Nick Franklin has been called up in a corresponding move. Sogard didn't hold much fantasy value to begin the season with. However, with him going to Triple-A, he now holds no value. Expect him to be back with the team sometime later this season if he can get it going. If Franklin sees everyday playing time at the keystone, he could be an option in NL-only leagues, but he has hardly any upside with the bat.--Caden
