Tampa Bay Rays outfielder Denard Span continued his unexpected RBI production Sunday versus the Red Sox. He only recorded one hit in the game and dropped his OBP to .378. The lone hit, however, was a two-run HR to give the Rays a 2-0 lead. It was his second HR in two days and moved his RBI total to a team-high 21. Span is coming off a 2017 season where he batted .272 with 12 home runs and 12 steals. As long as he gets to 450 plate appearances, he should serve as a steady and safe fourth or fifth outfielder in a 12-team mixed league.--Jamie Mellor
