Tim Hardaway Jr. Puts Up 25 in Loss
Tim Hardaway Jr. continues to soak up the opportunity as the tanking Knicks first option on offense. Playing 38 minutes, he scored 25 points on 7-for-17 shooting. He lived at the stripe on Sunday, as he shot 9-for-10 from the free-throw line. His 47.5 percent shooting over the last 15 games shows that he has handled the increased usage relatively well. However, he’s a slight boon on three-point shooting percentages, hitting just 32.6 percent over the same period on a whopping 7.2 shots per game. Expect the high usage to carry through the rest of the season.
