Tim Hardaway Jr. Puts Up 25 in Loss
7 years agoNew York Knicks shooting guard/small forward Tim Hardaway Jr. continues to soak up the opportunity as the tanking Knicks first option on offense. Playing 38 minutes, he scored 25 points on 7-for-17 shooting. He lived at the stripe on Sunday, as he shot 9-for-10 from the free-throw line. His 47.5 percent shooting over the last 15 games shows that he has handled the increased usage relatively well. However, he’s a slight boon on three-point shooting percentages, hitting just 32.6 percent over the same period on a whopping 7.2 shots per game. Expect the high usage to carry through the rest of the season.
