FanDuel Daily Fantasy Baseball Lineup Picks (7/15/16): MLB DFS Advice

Jason Bales highlights the top daily fantasy baseball lineup picks for 7/15/16. These are the top value and sleeper plays for your FanDuel MLB DFS lineups.

What an All-Star break it was! Giancarlo Stanton showed the world that his power is still legitimate. And now, it is time to get back to the grind. In this article, I will be providing you with my daily fantasy baseball MLB lineup picks for FanDuel on 7/15/16. You can also read our DraftKings DFS lineup picks for 7/15/16.

The DFS lineup picks will range from high-priced to low-priced options and identify options who will out-perform their expectations, including sleepers and value plays on FanDuel. The New York Yankees face off against the Boston Red Sox in hitter-friendly New York. Attack that game. What other games should you attack? Find out below.

DFS Lineup Stacks to Target for FanDuel

San Francisco Giants

The San Francisco Giants should come out of the All-Star break with the same level of tenacity that they've had all season. This is one of the elite offenses in the league, and Andrew Cashner is going to have his work cut out for him. Stack the Giants in both 50/50 contests and tournaments.

New York Yankees

The New York Yankees are playing at home tonight against the Boston Red Sox. This rivalry is always fun. Eduardo Rodriguez is on the mound, and he has struggle at all levels - major and minor - this season. The Yankees will likely hit some home runs and score some runs.

New York Mets

The New York Mets are finally starting to hit better. This is likely due to the hot streaks of both Wilmer Flores and Jose Reyes. As long as it works, do not try to fix it. The Mets should be able to hit against Jeremy Hellickson and the Philadelphia Phillies tonight.

DFS Starting Pitchers to Consider for FanDuel

Madison Bumgarner

Madison Bumgarner pitched right before the All-Star break started, and he is pitching again tonight. He should dominate the San Diego Padres. In his last start, he only allowed one hit and struck out 17 batters. He is the best pitching option on the board without a doubt.

Chris Archer

Chris Archer makes for a solid option in tournaments tonight against the Baltimore Orioles. The Orioles are loaded with power hitters, but Archer has been stunning so far this season in Tampa Bay. Luckily, he is pitching at home tonight, and he should be able to at least hit value. His upside is there as well.

DFS Infielders to Consider for FanDuel

Catcher (C) - Buster Posey

Buster Posey is not having the best season of his career, but he is still very serviceable. The San Diego Padres are going to allow baserunners. All Posey needs to do is knock them in.

First Base (1B) - David Ortiz

David Ortiz should be the most expensive first base option on the board tonight, but he is not. That is a discount for the retiring All-Star. He has a ton of power to begin with, and he is playing in hitter-friendly Yankee Stadium tonight. Use him in all formats.

Second Base (2B) - DJ LeMahieu

DJ LeMahieu is having a great season, and he should continue to succeed tonight against the Atlanta Braves and Lucas Harrell. The Rockies tend to hit better in Coors Field, obviously, but they should score runs tonight regardless.

Shortstop (SS) - Brandon Crawford

Brandon Crawford is too cheap. Again, the San Francisco Giants make for a great stack tonight, and Crawford has a ton of power and upside. He is a great salary relief option in both 50/50 contests and tournaments.

Third Base (3B) - Jose Reyes

It will be interesting to see if Jose Reyes continues to start for the New York Mets. He has three home runs in his last four games, and it looks like he may return to pre-suspension/pre-trade form. FanDuel obviously doesn't realize that he is a shortstop, so start him at third base tonight; that is, if he starts.

DFS Outfielders to Consider for FanDuel

Giancarlo Stanton

Giancarlo Stanton showed that he still has the most power in the league. He is hitting home runs at an outstanding rate right now, and he needs not be avoided in tournaments. Fire him up against the St. Louis Cardinals and Jaime Garcia tonight.

Mookie Betts

Mookie Betts is, simply put, entirely too cheap. He is hitting in hitter-friendly Yankee Stadium, the Boston Red Sox are an elite offense that is going to score runs, and Betts is a huge part of that offense. Use him in all formats.
