The veteran star recently missed three games with a sore foot and is now dealing with a left ankle issue. With Westbrook on the shelf, fantasy managers should give Devin Carter a look, especially with four other regulars missing Wednesday's game. Carter has averaged 13.5 points, 4.3 rebounds, and 4.3 assists across the last four games.
