Fantasy Football Matchup Outlooks
Below are some fantasy football outlooks written by our NFL team here at RotoBaller, bringing you their fantasy football analysis and advice on which players to consider starting in Week 13:
Colby Parkinson, TE, Rams
Los Angeles Rams tight end Colby Parkinson has caught a touchdown pass in each of his last three games while cementing himself atop the depth chart. The 26-year-old has been quite productive in the wake of Tyler Higbee (ankle) landing on injured reserve, and he's firmly on the fantasy radar for his Week 13 matchup against the Carolina Panthers.
Over his last three games, Parkinson has 10 catches, 96 yards, and three touchdowns, ranking as the overall TE3 in PPR leagues during that span. While that's admittedly a small sample size and the touchdown streak may not be sustainable, Parkinson is still a solid streamer for this weekend. It certainly helps that the Panthers have allowed the second-most receiving yards and fifth-most fantasy points to opposing tight ends in 2025.
The 26-year-old ranks in the TE2 tier, but he can certainly be deployed as a starter this week in leagues with at least 12 teams.
Kyle Pitts Sr., TE, Falcons
Atlanta Falcons tight end Kyle Pitts Sr. will get a juicy matchup in Week 13 against a vulnerable New York Jets defense, though he'll again lose a bit of upside with veteran Kirk Cousins calling signals. The former Florida Gator is Atlanta's third-leading receiver in terms of yardage behind wide receiver Drake London (knee) and running back Bijan Robinson.
However, Pitts Sr. has seen his opportunity dip in recent weeks while London had gone on a tear. Even London's absence in Week 12 wasn't enough to push the 25-year-old into startable territory, notching his fourth straight outing with a single-digit fantasy total in PPR leagues. With London out again, Pitts Sr. should benefit from an elevated target share, but his production will primarily hinge on Cousins' play. He's a fringey TE1 for his matchup with New York.
Harold Fannin Jr., TE, Browns
Cleveland Browns tight end Harold Fannin Jr. continued his productive rookie season with a four-catch, 40-yard performance in a Week 12 win over the Las Vegas Raiders. Fannin will now look to keep it going in Week 13's home matchup against the San Francisco 49ers. The 49ers have been a decent matchup for tight ends this season, allowing the 13th-most fantasy points per game to the position thus far.
Fannin has been one of Cleveland's most reliable pass catchers this season and should remain one of the team's top targets in Week 13, setting him up as a low-end TE2 heading into Sunday's games.
Oronde Gadsden II, TE, Chargers
Los Angeles Chargers rookie tight end Oronde Gadsden faces a tough challenge in Week 13 after recording just two receptions for 41 yards on five targets against the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 11. Gadsden's production has declined recently, and he didn't have a red-zone target for the first time in five games, likely because quarterback Justin Herbert has had limited time to throw downfield.
The matchup against the Las Vegas Raiders is particularly tough, as they are a top-five defense against tight ends, allowing only three touchdowns to the position all season. Despite the challenging defense and his decreasing downfield numbers, RotoBaller ranks Gadsden as TE6 this week. His quality targets keep him a strong option, but this matchup pushes him to a low-end TE1 with a potentially limited ceiling.
Dalton Kincaid, TE, Bills
Buffalo Bills head coach Sean McDermott said that tight end Dalton Kincaid (hamstring) will be limited in practice on Friday and will be questionable to play on Sunday against the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 13, according to Katherine Fitzgerald of The Buffalo News. Kincaid, who last played in Week 10, did not practice on Wednesday, but he'll close out the week with two limited practices.
The 26-year-old could be a game-time decision this weekend, which will make things a bit more difficult for fantasy managers trying to make lineup decisions, as the Bills and Steelers play in the later window on Sunday. Kincaid should be a top target for quarterback Josh Allen if he's active. If Kincaid misses a third straight game, Dawson Knox will have a bigger role again.
Knox hasn't done much with Kincaid out the last two games, though, catching only four passes for 40 yards and no touchdowns on seven targets.
