The disappointing season continues for San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Ricky Pearsall (knee), as he was officially ruled out for the Week 10 contest on Sunday versus the division-rival Los Angeles Rams, according to Cam Inman of the Bay Area News Group. Pearsall hasn't practiced since suffering a PCL sprain in his knee in the Week 4 loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars and will now miss a sixth straight game. The 25-year-old former first-rounder has quickly developed a reputation as being injury-prone and a slow healer. It's unclear if he'll have a chance to make his return in the Week 11 divisional matchup against the Arizona Cardinals, but Pearsall will have to first get back on the practice field. Jauan Jennings and Kendrick Bourne will continue to serve as the team's top two receivers this weekend, with quarterback Mac Jones likely to make another start in place of the injured Brock Purdy (toe).--Keith Hernandez
