Cleveland Browns running back Dylan Sampson has been lightly used over the past few weeks. He continued that trend in a 31-6 win over the Miami Dolphins in Week 7 as he saw just four touches in the blowout win. Sampson will hope to hear his number called more frequently in Week 8 when he heads on the road to take on the New England Patriots. The Patriots have been tough on the run this season, allowing just the 27th-most fantasy points per game to the running back position. Due to his lack of involvement in the Cleveland offense, Sampson would not be a recommended fantasy play even if this were a good matchup for him. He should remain on fantasy benches heading into Week 8.--Matt Terelle
