Kodai Senga in Danger of Losing Rotation Spot?
Kodai Senga is in danger of losing his spot in the regular-season starting rotation after another dud of a performance in Sunday's series finale against the Miami Marlins in which he allowed five runs in 4 2/3 innings. "We're going to have some discussion about what's next for him," manager Carlos Mendoza said. Mendoza and president of baseball operations David Stearns have said the situation is "fluid" with the rotation on a turn-by-turn basis. The 32-year-old veteran had a rough 6.18 ERA, 1.63 WHIP and 27 strikeouts and 14 walks in six starts (27 2/3 innings) in the month of August and just hasn't been the same since returning from a hamstring injury right before the All-Star break. Fantasy managers may not be able to count on Senga in the fantasy postseason.
