Leodalis De Vries Launches Two Home Runs
Leodalis De Vries had a monster day at the plate on Friday evening. Facing High-A Dayton, De Vries went 3-for-4 with a double, two home runs, and five RBI. He also drew a walk and scored three runs. Since joining the Athletics in a blockbuster deal that sent Mason Miller to San Diego, De Vries has held a .229/.326/.458 line with a double, two home runs, and a stolen base. During the first half of the season, playing with High-A Fort Wayne, De Vries posted a solid .245/.357/.410 line with 19 doubles, eight home runs, and eight stolen bases. Dynasty managers should continue to monitor De Vries's development as he is considered one of the top hitting prospects in the entire sport. Even though he is several seasons away from his MLB debut, he is a top stash option in all keeper formats.
