CBB DFS: Night DraftKings Daily Fantasy College Basketball Picks - Today's Top Lineups (1/18/25)

Ryan Nembhard - College Basketball Rankings, NCAA CBB DFS Lineup Picks

Today's Night DraftKings CBB DFS lineup picks for 1/18/25 Mike M's top daily fantasy college basketball sleepers to build winning NCAA DFS lineups on DraftKings.

There are 22 games down, six more to go! The NFL playoffs take over tonight, but we still have six good ones on this slate. We start with Duke climbing Chestnut Hill to face Boston College. That's a pretty good start!

Next is St. John's crossing the Hudson to face Seton Hall. LSU heads to College Station to take on the Aggies. Santa Clara heads up to Spokane to face Gonzaga. BYU is in Salt Lake City for the first round of the Holy War. We end this by the bay with Oregon State taking on the Dons in San Francisco.

This article will provide you with my daily fantasy college basketball lineup picks on DraftKings on 1/18/25, starting at 8 p.m. EST. I’ll give multiple player suggestions at guard and forward, aiming to highlight one option at the salary scale's high, middle, and lower levels. Good luck, RotoBallers.

Today's DraftKings Guards - CBB DFS Lineup Picks

Cam Carter, LSU ($8.6K)

Carter is one of the elite scorers in college basketball thanks to his great shooting from every distance. There's a bit of risk when relying on a pure scorer, but Carter is shooting over 45% from the floor, 40% from the three-point line, and 90% from the foul line. He doesn't have off days.

Wade Taylor IV, Texas A&M ($6.5K)

Taylor has missed the last two weeks with an undisclosed absence, but he is not on the injury report for this one. His price is $1,600 lower than it was for his last game against Texas. Taylor had at least 30 DraftKings points in six straight games going into the Texas game where he only played 25 minutes. He's too cheap unless it comes out that he's on a minutes limit.

Joshua Beadle, Boston College ($5.3K)

Beadle has started three straight for the Eagles with moderate success. He needs to look for his shot a little more, but the defense and passing are what you would expect from a starter at a major school. There is solid potential here against Duke.

Dallin Hall, BYU ($4.6K)

Hall isn't much of a shooter, but he is doing well orchestrating the offense. He has a solid floor as a value play for that purpose, but unless he starts being more aggressive and looking for shots for himself, the floor and ceiling aren't very far apart.

Also consider: Cooper Flagg, Duke ($10.8K); Ryan Nembhard, Gonzaga ($8.4K); Malik Thomas, San Francisco ($8.2K); Damarco Minor, Oregon State ($6.9K); Nate Kingz, Oregon State ($6.8K); Aaron Scott, St. John's ($6.3K); Josiah Lake II, Oregon State ($5K)

Today's DraftKings Forwards - CBB DFS Lineup Picks

Michael Rataj, Oregon State ($10K)

Rataj is averaging almost 42 DraftKings points per game over the last six games. If Gonzaga couldn't contain him, how do you expect San Francisco to? I don't. He's my favorite play on the entire slate.

Ben Gregg, Gonzaga ($7.9K)

Gregg has at least 30 DraftKings points in three straight games thanks to him being more aggressive on offense. He's still firmly in the shadow of Graham Ike, but Gregg is starting to show that the future is still bright in Spokane. This kid has some touch to him along with brute rebounding force as well.

Khaman Maluach, Duke ($6.6K)

Maluach hauled in 15 rebounds in just 20 minutes of court time in the blowout win over Miami. It was his second straight double-double as another one of Duke's talented freshmen is starting to pull out of Cooper Flagg's shadow. Maluach is a very efficient scorer, but his true value lies in his tenacious rebounding.

Jake Wahlin, Utah ($4.9K)

Wahlin's second career start was as successful as the first. Wahlin has 24 points, 15 rebounds, four assists, two steals, and a block in his two starts. That's a great return for the price.

Also consider: Graham Ike, Gonzaga ($9K); Christoph Tilly, Santa Clara ($7.1K); Chad Venning, Boston College ($6.9K); Parsa Fallah, Oregon State ($6.1K); Daimion Collins, LSU ($5.9K); Prince Aligbe, Seton Hall ($5.1K); Keanu Dawes, Utah ($4.5K)
