He gets a nice matchup against the Cincinnati Bengals rush defense in Week 4. The Bengals currently rank 26th in defensive rush DVOA per FTN Fantasy and allow 142.3 rushing yards per game. Hubbard is a fine RB2 or flex play this week. He has a good chance to have one more solid outing before rookie back Jonathon Brooks is activated from the PUP list.
Hubbard is worth an add for this week if he’s on waivers in your league. Don’t spend too much on him as he will be in some kind of rotation once Brooks returns and will likely slowly lose touches to the rookie as the season goes forward. Still, he provides some value in the short term and is worth an add if you’re in a must-win situation.
