Darnell Mooney is a 2024 fantasy football draft sleeper at wide receiver and an ADP draft value. Target Darnell Mooney as an undervalued WR in fantasy football drafts.
BALLER MOVE: Target Around ~140 Overall
CURRENT ADP: ~160
ANALYSIS: Three years ago, Darnell Mooney was a 1,000-yard, WR2-caliber player. A handful of missed games and a Justin Fields-led Chicago offense relegated him to the waiver wire.

A change of scenery could breathe new life into his career. Mooney arrives in Atlanta, a roster devoid of wide receiver talent a year ago (Mack Hollins' 251 yards only trailed Drake London at the position). London himself has yet to eclipse 1,000 yards in his young career.
Mooney is far from the only new arrival in Atlanta. Quarterback Kirk Cousins will captain the offense under the tutelage of offensive coordinator Zac Robinson. Robinson comes from the Rams, who ran a similar system to the one in Minnesota. The Falcons' offense won't be like it was before. There's plenty of talent with London, Mooney, Kyle Pitts, and Bijan Robinson.

Think of Mooney like Jordan Addison-lite. The Minnesota receiver was the WR23 and was fantasy-relevant in several games that Justin Jefferson played. Mooney isn't as talented as the WR2 in Minnesota but is worthy of a roster spot on fantasy football rosters.
