It was strange to see Sahith Theegala struggle so much around Royal Troon given his solid T4 finish at the Scottish Open a week prior. The Renaissance Club is perhaps more "new-aged" than Troon, which translates to slightly more forgiving conditions, but, it isn't enough of a difference to explain going 77-79 over his two rounds at The Open where he averaged -1.01 strokes gained putting and -1.82 strokes gained on approach. It makes him a hard name to trust given his $11,800 price tag on FanDuel, and seeing how he's missed the cut in all three appearances at this event, the ceiling seems too low to warrant consideration this week.--Todd McGill - RotoBaller
