Fernando Tatis Jr. Out For First Time All Year
Fernando Tatis Jr. is taking his first day off of the season on Tuesday on the road against the Philadelphia Phillies. It's a much-needed break for Tatis, who was recently on a hot streak for the Friars. But after losing a 17-game hitting streak on May 25, Tatis has just two hits in his last 18 at-bats over five games. But on the season as a whole, the 25-year-old Dominican outfielder has been strong for San Diego and his fantasy managers, slashing .273/.348/.458 with an .806 OPS, 13 home runs, 35 RBI, eight stolen bases and 48 runs scored in 297 at-bats. Tatis is a no-doubt must-start in all leagues when he's active. David Peralta is in right field and is batting seventh, while infielder Jake Cronenworth moves up to the two-hole on Tuesday against Phillies right-hander Aaron Nola.
