BALLER MOVE: Add in 12+ Team Leagues (if needing speed)
ROSTERED IN: 18% of Leagues
ANALYSIS: Seattle Mariners outfield prospect Jonatan Clase was promoted to the major league roster when Dominic Canzone (shoulder) was placed on the 10-day IL.
Clase, currently the 10th-ranked prospect in the Seattle system, is making his mark with a .250/.286/.300 stat line with three RBI and two successful stolen bases across six games.
Jonatan Clase with his first Mariners hit, his first MLB hit, and it comes on his debut!
Not only a single, but also an RBI to add to the Mariners lead.

The switch-hitting 24-year-old is best known for his speed, and it is promising to see him not waste any time causing havoc on the basepaths. Clase is ranked in the 96th percentile in sprint speed, suggesting that when he is given the green light, he will succeed quite often.
Last season, across both High-A and Double-A, Clase stole 79 bases in 129 games. Playing time should not be much of a concern in the short term, as Clase manned left field for the injured Canzone five times last week and only rested in the nightcap of a doubleheader on Sunday. If you need speed, grab Clase, but if you are looking for an impact bat, you may want to look elsewhere.
