6 months agoNew York Jets wide receiver Randall Cobb is active for the Week 12 game on Friday against the Miami Dolphins. Cobb is active for the first time since Week 6 because the Jets decided to make struggling wideout Allen Lazard a healthy scratch for this one. Cobb has just three catches on 12 targets for 20 yards and no touchdowns in six games played for the Jets this year, but his role could be expanded on Friday with Lazard riding the pine. Garrett Wilson should remain the top targeted receiver in New York, with rookie Xavier Gipson also seeing an expanded role with Lazard out of the picture. However, there isn't going to be a lot of fantasy upside for any Jets receiver with quarterback Tim Boyle under center in his first start of the season.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
