Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Skyy Moore was a popular breakout pick heading into the season, but he didn't make a catch in Week 1.
Since Week 1, Moore has played better. He showed off his deep speed in Week 2 against the Jacksonville Jaguars when he streaked deep down the right for a 54-yard gain. He also scored a touchdown that week and finished as the WR30.

What Did Skyy Moore Accomplish In Week 3?
The Chiefs moved the ball at will against the Chicago Bears in Week 3. From their second drive, which began with nine and a half minutes left in the first quarter, until their eighth drive, which ended seven minutes into the third, the Chiefs scored on seven straight drives--five touchdowns and two field goals.
In such a game, multiple players should have an impact to make contributions. For the Chiefs, who spread the ball around a lot, three receivers gained over 50 yards. Skyy Moore was not one of those players.
Moore caught four passes for 42 yards. He was the Chiefs' fourth-leading receiver by yardage. With 8.2 PPR points, Moore finished the week as the WR57.
Is Skyy Moore A Good Fantasy Football Pickup for Week 4?
Moore has finished between WR30 and WR57 in PPR in the past two weeks. That makes him a WR3 in his best game and a WR5 last week in 12-team leagues. He also laid an egg in Week 1.
Will Moore have upside and consistency going forward? Probably not. The Chiefs offense is built around a quarterback, not a wide receiver. Patrick Mahomes will distribute the ball to whoever is open. That means no Kansas City receiver is likely to approach 10 targets or 100 yards in a game. The leading Kansas City WR most weeks is going to gain fewer than 60 yards.
Moore has been outperformed by rookie Rashee Rice in two of his three games. If there is a Chiefs WR (besides Travis Kelce) who is most likely to develop as the WR1, it is Rice. Based on his weekly finishes, Skyy Moore is worth fantasy consideration in 12-team leagues with three WR slots and two flex slots.
