Trey Benson NFL Draft Prediction
ROUND PREDICTION: Third Round (No. 71 Overall Pick)
TEAM PREDICTION: Arizona Cardinals (via Tennessee Titans)
DRAFT ANALYSIS: James Conner isn't getting any younger, and Trey Benson established himself as one of the top running backs in the class during the 2024 NFL Combine. The 21-year-old ran a 4.39 at 216 pounds, making his speed/size profile comparable to Kenneth Walker III.

Benson can be a homerun threat to pair with the bruising style of Conner, and he has the lead-back profile to take over as soon as 2025. There's a chance he will be selected in Round 2, but early Round 3 should be his appropriate range.
Jaylen Wright NFL Draft Prediction
ROUND PREDICTION: Third Round (No. 86 Overall Pick)
TEAM PREDICTION: Houston Texans (via Philadelphia Eagles)
DRAFT ANALYSIS: Tennessee running back Jaylen Wright tore it up at the combine, posting elite speed and burst scores. The 210-pounder rushed 137 times for 1,013 yards in his final season with the Vols -- coming out to a whopping 7.4 yards per carry. He was never utilized as a workhorse, but that can be viewed as a positive since he has plenty of tread on the tires.
He posted just 30 career receptions in three collegiate seasons, so there are questions regarding his receiving skill set. However, he'd make a perfect change-of-pace back next to Joe Mixon, who has been utilized as a receiving weapon in the past but lacks game-changing speed at this point in his career. Houston adds more weapons around C.J. Stroud here.

MarShawn Lloyd NFL Draft Prediction
ROUND PREDICTION: Third Round (No. 89 Overall Pick)
TEAM PREDICTION: Tampa Bay Buccaneers
DRAFT ANALYSIS: MarShawn Lloyd began his career at South Carolina, but he never quite found his footing -- somewhat due to injuries. In 2023 with Southern Cal, he flashed efficiency and upside that put him in the thick of the rookie RB conversion. In his senior year, the 23-year-old rushed 116 times for 820 yards (7.1 YPC) and nine touchdowns and caught 13 passes for 232 yards. His 17.8 yards per reception show he can do more than just catch swing passes and screens, and that is especially impressive considering his 220-pound frame.
Although the Buccaneers seem to believe in Rachaad White as their lead horse in the backfield, they need to add to the position. Lloyd has great vision and impressive size-adjusted speed, so he and White could form a dangerous backfield duo in Baker Mayfield's offense.
