Zay Flowers' fantasy football start 'em, sit 'em picks for Week 17 (2023). Should you should start or sit Zay Flowers for fantasy football lineups?
BALLER MOVE: Start in 8+ Team Leagues
POSITIONAL VALUE: WR1
ANALYSIS: Zay Flowers and the Baltimore Ravens are set to face the Miami Dolphins in Week 18. The 23-year-old wide receiver is coming off a big game against the San Francisco 49ers last week, in which he had nine receptions for 72 yards and a touchdown on 12 targets.
With Odell Beckham Jr. and Isaiah Likely stepping up in recent weeks, Flowers has been allowed to flourish further. The Ravens can seal the number one seed in the AFC with a win over the Dolphins, and quarterback Lamar Jackson will be determined to put on a show.
As a result, Flowers is expected to have a big game against a Dolphins defense that hasn't been tested much against elite quarterbacks since Jalen Ramsey's return. He is averaging 10 points per game in half-PPR leagues this season and is likely to record more in the upcoming game.
Although the Dolphins are giving up an average of 205.5 passing yards per game this season, in their last game they allowed Dak Prescott to throw for, and CeeDee Lamb recorded 118 receiving yards and one touchdown. The duo of Flowers and Jackson can certainly replicate that performance in Week 18.
