Zach Charbonnet's fantasy football start 'em, sit 'em picks for Week 13 (2023). Our advice on whether you should start or sit Zach Charbonnet for fantasy lineups.
BALLER MOVE: Start In 12-Team Leagues
POSITIONAL VALUE: RB2
ANALYSIS: Seattle Seahawks running back Kenneth Walker III is doubtful for Thursday's game against the Dallas Cowboys with an oblique injury, putting rookie Zach Charbonnet"}" data-sheets-userformat="{"2":4739,"3":{"1":0},"4":{"1":2,"2":16777215},"10":2,"12":0,"15":"arial, sans, sans-serif"}">Zach Charbonnet in line to be the team's lead back once again.
Last week against the San Francisco 49ers, Charbonnet had 14 carries for 47 yards and four receptions for 11 yards as his team lost 31-13 on Thanksgiving night.
The previous week, Charbonnet was essentially the lead back as Walker exited early due to injury. In that game, the rookie had 15 carries for 47 yards and four receptions for 22 yards.
Charbonnet has rushed for over 40 yards in three consecutive games. That's the good news. The bad news is that he has rushed for more than 47 yards in any of those games either.
Volume puts Charbonnet in the RB2 tier, but he hasn't necessarily run the ball particularly well over the past two games, as he averaged under four yards per carry in both contests. Charbonnet's ceiling is lower than a lot of other lead backs simply because we haven't really seen him have an explosive game yet. His most yards from scrimmage in a game all season was 69 yards.
