ANALYSIS: Los Angeles Chargers tight end Will Dissly is the TE21 for the year, averaging six half-point PPR fantasy points per game. The veteran tight end was a popular streaming option in Week 11 because of his matchup against the Cincinnati Bengals. They had given up 16.2 or more fantasy points to tight ends in three of their past four games heading into the Week 11 contest.
Furthermore, Dissly has become a consistent part of the offense. He has averaged 6.6 targets per game over the past five weeks, totaling six or more in all but one matchup. Last week, the veteran had four receptions on six targets for 80 receiving yards and a season-high 16 fantasy points. Dissly also scored his first touchdown of the year against the Bengals.

Fantasy players that need a streaming tight end in Week 12 should target Dissly off the waiver wire. He faces a Baltimore Ravens defense on Monday night that has struggled to slow down tight ends this season.
