Kyren Williams, RB, Rams

Los Angeles Rams running back Kyren Williams wasn't involved in the passing game at all on Sunday, but he was efficient on the ground in the team's 34-10 victory over the visiting New Orleans Saints in Week 9. Williams had some nice volume in this one, handling a season-high 25 carries for a season-high 113 rushing yards and his third rushing touchdown of the year.
It was the 25-year-old's first 100-yard rushing game in 2025. Williams hasn't been all that explosive on the ground for the Rams this year, but it was nice to finally see him top the century mark in a plus matchup with a positive game script all day. The former fifth-rounder has been more of an RB2 for fantasy managers this year in a Rams offense that prefers to air it out with the arm of quarterback Matthew Stafford.
Still, Williams should be considered a must-start in a big Week 10 divisional contest next Sunday versus a banged-up San Francisco 49ers defense.
Verdict: Sell-high candidate as Williams has the Rams continue to lean on their passing attack
Tony Pollard, RB, Titans

Running back Tony Pollard is one of the players the Tennessee Titans are "fielding the most calls on" ahead of the NFL's November 4 trade deadline, according to Diana Russini of The Athletic. Pollard has recorded 555 yards from scrimmage and two touchdowns on 127 touches across eight games for the 1-7 Titans so far this season. Tennessee has a younger and cheaper running back option behind Pollard in Tyjae Spears, so it may make sense for the rebuilding Titans to try to maximize Pollard's value.
Depending on where he gets moved, a trade could significantly boost Pollard's fantasy value. He's been losing touches to Spears in recent weeks, and the Titans' anemic offense limits the scoring opportunities for both running backs. If Pollard gets traded, Spears would become the unquestioned lead back in Tennessee.
Currently, both players profile as high-end flex options heading into their Week 9 matchup against the Los Angeles Chargers.
Verdict: Sneaky buy-low candidate that could be acquired for low-end FLEX value
Michael Pittman Jr., WR, Colts

Indianapolis Colts wide receiver Michael Pittman Jr. caught nine of his 12 targets for 115 yards in Sunday's 27-20 loss at the Pittsburgh Steelers. The Colts' offense was out of sync the entire game, committing a back-breaking six turnovers and averaging a season-low 5.0 yards per play. Pittman benefited from a rare negative game script from the Colts; however, with a season high in receptions, yards, and targets.
The 28-year-old has been an integral piece to Indianapolis' historic offense and has bounced back in a big way from his injury-riddled 2024 season. Pittman has caught 52 of 68 targets for 561 yards and six touchdowns in eight games this season. The Colts' WR1 continues to be a draft-day bargain and should remain a high-end fantasy producer for the remainder of the season.
Verdict: Top buy-high candidate as he could still be acquired for a WR2 price
Kyle Monangai, RB, Bears
Trade Value: 15.2

Chicago Bears rookie running back Kyle Monangai had a monster game filling in for the injured D'Andre Swift (groin) in Week 9. Monangai recorded 198 scrimmage yards on 29 touches in his team's 49-42 win over the Cincinnati Bengals. Swift's injury is not expected to keep him out long-term, so fantasy managers should not expect Monangai to see 20-plus touches every week.
However, the rookie was closing the gap between the backs even before Swift went down. In Week 8 against the Baltimore Ravens, Swift played 31 offensive snaps while Monangai was just behind him at 29. Monangai is currently averaging 5.3 yards per rush attempt, so his efficiency may make it difficult to keep him off the field.
In fantasy leagues where he remains available, Monangai should be a priority waiver-wire target heading into a favorable Week 10 matchup against the New York Giants.
Verdict: Buy-high candidate. Monangai could take over this backfield in the second half
