Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver Jakobi Meyers has seen his production dip in recent weeks, as younger playmakers in the offense continue to carve out larger roles. In Week 4 against the Bears, Meyers caught just four of seven targets for 30 yards, with his longest reception going for only 10 yards.

The outing marked his third consecutive game with declining yardage totals, raising concerns about his ceiling moving forward. Despite those struggles, Meyers still led the team in targets last week, showing he remains a trusted option for Geno Smith in the passing game.

While the lack of big plays limits his upside, his steady volume keeps him relevant as a flex play, particularly in PPR formats. Fantasy managers should view Meyers as a safe but low-ceiling option heading into Week 5.

Indianapolis Colts wide receiver Adonai Mitchell will be active this weekend for his team's outing against the visiting Las Vegas Raiders, but is expected to see a decreased role, per ESPN's Jeremy Fowler. Mitchell boasted decent output in Week 4 (3/96), but a costly fumble and holding penalty have him in the dog house ahead of Week 5.

Fowler notes that fellow wideout Ashton Dulin will take on a larger workload with Mitchell likely to ride the pine for most of Sunday's contest. It's unfortunate timing for the University of Texas product, as he'd have seen another uptick in snaps with Alec Pierce (concussion) out for a second consecutive week.

Even if Mitchell can work himself back into the good graces of the coaching staff, he'll resume WR4 duties upon Pierce's return.

After dealing with hip and ankle injuries throughout practice this week, Denver Broncos wide receiver Marvin Mims Jr. (hip, ankle) has been cleared and doesn't carry an injury designation against the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday.

Mims will look to stay hot coming off a six-catch outing for 69 yards with a 16-yard rush attempt for a touchdown on top of that. While the Eagles' 15th-ranked pass defense might be forced to focus more on Courtland Sutton, Mims will have a chance to flash while he takes the field for what seems to be a consistent trend of 40-50% of the offensive snaps.

Although incredibly efficient with his offensive snaps, Mims can't yet be trusted as more than a boom/ bust flex option going into Week 5.

Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Tory Horton saw his snap percentage dip to its lowest of the season in Week 4. That was puzzling, considering Horton's monster performance the week prior. However, the Seahawks are playing a lot of 12 personnel as they attempt to run the ball.

They led for much of their Week 4 win over the Cardinals, which would have been conducive to a heavier run scheme. In Week 5, the Seahawks will host the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The Buccaneers likely have the best offense the Seahawks have seen to this point in the season. If the Bucs can push the Seahawks' defense, Horton's services may be necessary in what could be a heavier passing offense. If you have a spot on your bench,

Horton is still a worthy stash as we observe how his usage will play out. He is still a rookie ramping up in this offense, so the opportunity for a second-half breakout is in the cards. For now, all we can do is keep an eye on Horton's snap counts and targets.

Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Parker Washington led the team in targets in Week 3 with 11, hauling in four catches for 34 yards. After going without a target in Week 1, Washington now has nine catches on 16 targets for 110 yards over the team's last two games.

On paper, Washington should be behind Jaguars wideouts Brian Thomas Jr. (wrist) and Travis Hunter in the target pecking order in Jacksonville. However, Thomas Jr. has gotten off to a slow start, and Hunter's offensive role has been limited while he splits snaps between wide receiver and cornerback.

Washington could be emerging as a trusted short-area target for Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawrence. Heading into his Week 4 matchup against the San Francisco 49ers, Washington profiles as a low-end WR4/flex option in deep leagues.
