Fantasy Football Matchup Outlooks
Below are some fantasy football outlooks written by our NFL team here at RotoBaller, bringing you their fantasy football analysis and advice on which players to consider starting in Week 12:
Rhamondre Stevenson, RB, New England Patriots
New England Patriots running back Rhamondre Stevenson (toe) is expected to be cleared to make his return for this Sunday's game against the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 12, according to Chad Graff of The Athletic. Despite only being limited in practice this week, Stevenson appears ready to return for the first time since picking up a toe injury in the Week 8 win over the Cleveland Browns.
The 27-year-old was operating as the Patriots' RB1 before his injury and had 83 rushing attempts for 279 yards (3.4 yards per carry) and three touchdowns in eight games. Rookie TreVeyon Henderson saw 47 rushing attempts for 264 yards and four touchdowns in the three games that Stevenson missed, adding 10 catches for 66 yards and another TD.
Henderson's breakout likely earned him a larger role when Stevenson returns, so fantasy managers will want to temper expectations if Stevenson is active in Cincy.
Andrei Iosivas, WR, Cincinnati Bengals
Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Andrei Iosivas is in line for an expanded role in Week 12. Through 10 games, he's caught 19 of 35 targets for 256 yards and one touchdown, averaging 5.2 PPR points per game.
With star receiver Ja'Marr Chase suspended for the week, the Bengals will lean on Tee Higgins, Iosivas, and Mitchell Tinsley to fill the void. Higgins is expected to draw coverage from Patriots shutdown corner Christian Gonzalez, along with safety help, which should leave Iosivas in more favorable matchups.
As Cincinnati fights to keep its season alive, Iosivas could become a key piece of the game plan. He profiles as a high-floor fantasy option and a low-end WR3 for Week 12 against New England.
Tyjae Spears, RB, Tennessee Titans
Tennessee Titans running back Tyjae Spears continues to be an intriguing fantasy option in half-PPR and full-PPR leagues, given his heavy involvement on passing downs. The 24-year-old has caught at least three passes in all five of his games so far this year, and he logged a season-high five receptions last Sunday against the Houston Texans.
He continues to split snaps with Tony Pollard, and while Pollard has earned more carries, Spears has a major advantage with his receiving workload. This week, the Titans take on the Seattle Seahawks, who have allowed the fourth-most receptions and seventh-most receiving yards to opposing running backs in 2025.
Spears is in a perfect position to carve out a large target volume again this week. He should be viewed as a high-end RB3/flex option in most fantasy leagues.
Van Jefferson, WR, Tennessee Titans
Tennessee Titans wide receiver Van Jefferson hauled in his first touchdown of the season during last week's game against the Houston Texans. The veteran wideout has been quiet this season, but was able to make an impact this past weekend.
Jefferson hauled in three of his seven targets for 22 yards and a touchdown in the loss. The Titans are banged up at wide receiver, which could lead to Jefferson having a bigger role moving forward.
Calvin Ridley (leg) has already been placed on the injured reserve, but Chimere Dike (chest) is in danger of sitting out in Week 12. Elic Ayomanor has also been ruled out with a hamstring injury, so Jefferson figures to take on a larger workload. Jefferson could offer some low-end flex appeal for fantasy managers desperate for help.
Keaton Mitchell, RB, Baltimore Ravens
Baltimore Ravens running back Keaton Mitchell had one of his highest usage games of the 2025 season in Week 11, recording 54 scrimmage yards on eight touches against the Cleveland Browns.
With Ravens running back Justice Hill (toe) sidelined by a toe injury, Mitchell stepped into the team's RB2 role behind Derrick Henry. If Hill remains out for Baltimore's Week 12 matchup against the New York Jets, Mitchell could see steady playing time on passing downs for the second straight week.
Across 19 career games with Baltimore, Mitchell has averaged 6.6 yards per carry and 7.3 yards per touch. He could be worth targeting on the waiver wire for fantasy managers in leagues with 14 or more teams heading into Week 12, but monitor Hill's practice involvement.
