Fantasy Football Waiver Wire Outlooks

Some of the top names include Dyami Brown, Dontayvion Wicks, Blake Corum, Isaiah Likely, Woody Marks. We recap why these players should be on your waiver wire radar for Week 3.

Dyami Brown, WR, Jaguars

Jacksonville Jaguars wide receivers Brian Thomas Jr. and Travis Hunter had a tough time getting anything going in the Week 2 loss to the Cincinnati Bengals, but Parker Washington and Dyami Brown stepped up for quarterback Trevor Lawrence.

Washington led the team with 76 receiving yards, but Brown had a team-best 12 targets and also tied Washington with five receptions. The 25-year-old finished with 57 yards and scored for the first time this season. Thomas and Hunter are going to be Lawrence's primary targets most weeks, but it's notable that Brown has topped 50 receiving yards in each of the first two weeks of the 2025 season.

In new head coach Liam Coen's pass-happy offense, Brown could have a consistent role all year, and if anything were to happen to Thomas or Hunter, he could be a weekly flex option in fantasy. Put Brown on your watch list.

Dontayvion Wicks, WR, Packers

Green Bay Packers wide receiver Dontayvion Wicks looks to take advantage of ample opportunity with some missing pass-catchers as the Packers travel to Cleveland to face the Browns in Week 3.

Wicks took a backseat to fellow wide receivers Romeo Doubs and rookie Matthew Golden in the receiving pecking order through two games, but with the injury to Jayden Reed (clavicle) and now tight end Tucker Kraft (knee), Wicks could get a lot more opportunity in Week 3 to be the top target-earner in Green Bay.

People forget that Wicks led the Packers in targets (76) last season, and with Reed out for several weeks, Wicks will be the primary slot receiver and may still rotate in on the outside for Green Bay. Wicks now has fantasy value entering Week 3, and when setting your flex, Wicks has a ton of upside this week.

Blake Corum, RB, Rams

Los Angeles Rams running back Blake Corum is trending toward handling a larger role going forward, but his productivity could be held in check ahead of Week 3 against the Philadelphia Eagles.

Corum saw his snap share jump from 17 percent to 30 percent in Week 2, and he also scored a touchdown while rushing for 44 yards on five carries. While a favorable matchup against the Titans may have boosted his efficiency, it appears that the Rams are still looking to get him more involved.

Even if he handles around one-third of the snaps in Week 3, though, he won't be a reliable fantasy option. Williams profiles as the Rams' short-yardage back and their go-to option around the goal line, and Corum will likely see reduced efficiency against an Eagles defense that has allowed the 11th-fewest fantasy points to running backs in 2025.

Isaiah Likely, TE, Ravens

Baltimore Ravens tight end Isaiah Likely (foot) has been ruled out for Monday night's game against the Detroit Lions. The young tight end, who broke his foot in training camp and underwent surgery to repair it, has been limited to individual drills at practice all week.

Although he was not placed on Injured Reserve, which allows him to return at any time, he will not be a factor this week. Last season, Likely posted a solid stat line of 42 receptions for 477 yards and six touchdowns.

However, the Ravens have one of the lowest target shares to the tight end position this year, with only five targets in two games, four of which went to veteran Mark Andrews. Likely should continue to be stashed in most formats and hopefully will see the field in Week 4.

Woody Marks, RB, Texans

Houston Texans running back Woody Marks was more involved in Week 2, and he could play even more moving forward, according to reports from Jonathan M. Alexander of the Houston Chronicle.

In Week 1, he played 11% of snaps, and in Week 2, he played 27% of snaps. He had three carries each week, but he was more effective with 14 rushing yards in Week 2 while also adding a 37-yard reception.

Dare Ogunbowale has been mixing in as a receiving back along with Marks and Nick Chubb, but the fourth-round pick from USC is expected to play a larger role as he continues to flash more potential upside than Ogunbowale moving forward. Marks is the RB46 in RotoBaller's rankings for Week 3, so he's still not quite a flex play in standard leagues at this point.
