Andy's top Week 4 NFL survivor pool selections, his 3 best NFL Survivor/Eliminator picks for 2025. Target and avoid these NFL teams in Week 4 Survivor contests.
Hello RotoBallers! With Week 4 just about to kick off, it's time to finalize our survivor picks for NFL Survivor/Eliminator pool contests. Last weekend, we saw many top favorites fall, including the Atlanta Falcons, who were dominated by the Carolina Panthers, and the Green Bay Packers, who suffered a heartbreaking loss to the Cleveland Browns.
This weekend we have several high-confidence favorites to select, which makes it even more essential to take a deeper dive so we don't fall into another upset. Who can you trust with your previous Week 4 survivor picks?
Let's dive into some game breakdowns, and my top three picks for NFL survivor/eliminator pools heading into Week 4 of the NFL season.

Buffalo Bills (-14.5) vs. New Orleans Saints
Coming in as the consensus play this week will be the Buffalo Bills hosting the New Orleans Saints. The Buffalo Bills enter this game with a perfect 3-0 record and will face the winless Saints. Last week, the Bills took care of business on Thursday night, defeating the Miami Dolphins.
Through their first three games, quarterback Josh Allen has established himself as the early-season MVP favorite as he has racked up seven total touchdowns (five through the air). Allen has averaged 251.7 passing yards per game and added 38.0 yards on the ground. His running back, James Cook has enjoyed an outstanding season as well, scoring four touchdowns and averaging 5.4 YPC.
They face a Saints team that is coming off a disastrous 44-13 loss to the Seattle Seahawks in Week 3. In this game, quarterback Spencer Rattler struggled, going just 28-for-39 with 218 yards and 1:1 TD:INT.
With the Bills playing host, expect Josh Allen to continue his MVP campaign in spectacular fashion, facing a defense that has allowed the eighth-most points per game.

Detroit Lions (-10) vs. Cleveland Browns
While the Browns likely removed a large portion of your pool in Week 3, I would suggest betting against them in Week 4. The Browns narrowly escaped with a victory last week thanks to a late-game fumble by Packers running back Josh Jacobs. In this contest, the Browns tallied only 221 offensive yards with 125 passing yards.
This will not play well against a Lions offense that has found their footing. After Week 1, in which the Lions scored only 13 points against the Packers, they have flipped the script, scoring 90 points in their last two games.
In Week 2, Jared Goff threw five passing scores in their victory over the Bears, and his top wideout, Amon-Ra St. Brown, brought in three of them. Then in Week 3, Goff led the Lions to a road victory against the AFC heavyweight Baltimore Ravens by a score of 38-30. In this game, the Lions leaned on their rushing attack, which tallied an impressive 224 yards on the ground.
While the Browns have shut down opposing rushing attacks, given how their offense is performing, expect them to take care of business on their home turf.
Denver Broncos (-7.5) vs. Cincinnati Bengals (Monday night)
My final pick is the second game of the Monday Night Football doubleheader. The Denver Broncos will play host to the Jake Browning-led Cincinnati Bengals. With Joe Burrow undergoing toe surgery and slated to remain out through December, the Bengals will turn to Browning to lead their offense.
While Browning was able to get the job done in relief in Week 2, he stumbled in his first start of the season. Facing the Minnesota Vikings, Browning and the Bengals lost 48-10. Browning tossed two interceptions and went just 19-for-27 with 140 passing yards.
Browning will now travel to Denver to face one of the most dominant secondaries in the sport. Even though the Broncos come into this game 1-2 and off a disappointing loss to the Chargers, they have still allowed just 21.3 PPG and 213.0 passing yards per game.
The Denver offense has struggled at times as well, but has the perfect get-right match-up facing a Cincinnati defense that has allowed 30.3 PPG. Expect the Bengals to heavily rely on J.K. Dobbins as he will line up against the Cincinnati defense that has surrendered 119.0 rushing yards per game.
