Running Back Rankings – Fantasy Football Week 4
After Najee Harris went down, Omarion Hampton put up 129 total yards on 25 touches and a 79% snap rate. Wheels up against the Giants, who have allowed 5.2 YPC... Fellow rookie Cam Skattebo has averaged 5.1 YPC with two rushing TDs and also caught eight balls. He's the guy for the G-Men for now.
Ashton Jeanty has not lived up to his ADP this year, and now he's entered sit/start territory. This is the week to deploy him and hope for the breakout, though. Chicago has allowed just under 5.4 YPC and also 16 receptions to opposing RBs. ... D'Andre Swift hasn't looked good so far, but the volume is there with 51 touches through three weeks. He has no real threat to his volume in that backfield.
We're still rolling Chase Brown even though he's averaging 1.98 YPC (!). Brown has the most voluminous role of any RB in the league, and there's no one in the Cincinnati backfield to challenge that. ... The Bhayshul Tuten conversation isn't ready to happen yet. Travis Etienne has 51 touches through three weeks and confidently led the Jaguars' RBs in snap share last week. Start him against San Francisco, who lost Nick Bosa for the year.
I'm willing to take the risk on starting TreVeyon Henderson this week. His usage has caused unrest in the fantasy community this year, but after Rhamondre Stevenson and Antonio Gibson fumbled away the game for the Patriots, it would seem like the week Henderson takes over. The Panthers have been gashed by RBs for 5.7 YPC and almost 150 rushing YPG.
Nick Chubb is not involved in the passing game, but he's still startable in a great matchup. Tennessee has allowed 5.5 YPC and just lost T'Vondre Sweat. ... Right now, the Washington backfield is a total avoid, but Jacory Croskey-Merritt could miss the game. Chris Rodriguez and Jeremy McNichols would both be viable even against an Atlanta run defense that has been solid so far.
Wide Receiver Rankings – Fantasy Football Week 4
Deebo Samuel should get all the volume he can handle with Terry McLaurin looking likely to miss. Noah Brown is banged up as well. ... Ricky Pearsall was surprisingly added to the injury report as well (the 49ers are SO banged up). If he goes, he's a WR2 with WR1 upside.
Don't be afraid to chase Tre Tucker's success (although it would be foolish to expect three TDs again). The Bears have allowed the most yards per play and the second-most FPPG to opposing WRs. Tucker has a 92% snap rate so far. ... Once again, all three Chargers' WRs are firmly startable against the Giants, who have allowed the second-most yards to WRs. It's fair to expect Ladd McConkey will fully break out in one of these games.
It's fair to worry about D.J. Moore now. Rome Odunze is the clear WR1, and Moore has the same amount of targets as rotational WR Olamide Zaccheaus. His air yards share is down to 20%. If you have more consistent options, Moore isn't an automatic start anymore.
This is the week to start Matthew Golden. He had a season-high seven touches in Week 3, and now gets the nuts matchup against Dallas. The Cowboys have allowed the most receiving yards and the most FPPG to opposing WRs. ... On the contrary, Romeo Doubs should remain on your bench even against Dallas. He has yet to record a first-read target and has a measly 14% target share.
Darnell Mooney's 11 targets in Week 3 need to be mentioned. However, it doesn't automatically make him startable in Week 4. The Falcons have thrown the fewest passes of 20 yards or more this year and Michael Penix Jr. looks highly inefficient. ... Wan'Dale Robinson's (and all Giants' pass catchers) outlook should improve with Dart under center.

Jayden Daniels' status is up in the air. Hopefully, the Friday injury report provides some clarity, but Marcus Mariota was hyper-efficient last game with a 118.6 passer rating, a passing TD, 40 rushing yards, and a rushing TD... Jaxson Dart makes his debut and is exciting in 2QB leagues after leading the nation in YPA in college (10.8). He also possesses rushing upside.
No thanks on Dak Prescott for Sunday Night Football. He takes on a ferocious Packers defense led by Micah Parsons, and will be without CeeDee Lamb and behind a battered offensive line. Temper expectations on Brock Purdy if he returns. He's still without George Kittle, and Jacksonville has allowed the lowest passer rating in the league. Mac Jones is a sit as well.

The matchup is brutal, but Jake Ferguson caught 13 balls on 14 targets after Lamb went down. He's the model of consistency in PPR. ... Henry currently leads all Patriots pass-catchers in targets with 22, and is coming off an 8-90-2 game against the Steelers in which he saw a game-high 11 targets. He's a top-10 option this week.
Despite continuing to lose snaps to Dawson Knox, Dalton Kincaid has two top-three finishes in the first three weeks. He can be safely deployed. ... I've had questions about Juwan Johnson since the Saints' implied total is a meager 16 points, but Johnson is one of only two TEs that have finished in the top 12 in all three weeks.
