ANALYSIS: Tennessee Titans running back Tyjae Spears returned in Week 10 after missing three games with a hamstring injury. The second-year running back is the RB57 for the year, averaging 6.3 half-point PPR fantasy points per game. The Titans’ coaching staff has repeatedly harped on wanting Spears and Tony Pollard to have an equal workload.
Both running backs had similar workload in Week 10. Pollard played slightly more snaps, had two more rushing attempts, and one more target than Spears. However, the veteran played fewer than 60% of the snaps for the first time this season.
#Titans Week 10 RB Usage
- Tony Pollard: 53% snaps, 9 carries, 14 routes, 4 targets (63 yds)
- Tyjae Spears: 47% snaps, 7 carries, 12 routes, 3 targets (51 yds)This was Pollard's first game below 60% snaps of the season

Fantasy players should expect both Tennessee running backs to see similar workloads as long as both are healthy. Spears averaged 6.7 yards per rushing attempt on Sunday, compared to 4.9 yards per attempt for Pollard against a talented Los Angeles Chargers defense.
Spears has flex appeal in standard-size leagues and could be a league winner if Pollard misses significant time with an injury.
