BALLER MOVE: Start in All Leagues
POSITIONAL VALUE: RB1
ANALYSIS: Dallas Cowboys running back Tony Pollard continues to benefit from being the top backfield option in one of football's best offenses. Although he had some subpar performances near the middle of the season, Pollard has since returned to the RB1 tier in fantasy football.
Over the last three weeks, Pollard has 208 rushing yards and three touchdowns. He has also been quite involved in the passing game, logging 13 catches for 58 receiving yards during that same span.
Dallas has been the heavy favorite in each of those three games, so it's fair for fantasy managers to wonder if Pollard can remain successful against a much stronger Eagles team with an incredible run defense. The answer? Yes. While his ceiling has decreased slightly, he remains on track for 15-plus touches, preference around the goal line, and a key role in the passing game.
It's also worth noting that the Eagles' run defense has regressed over the last few weeks, allowing 108.7 scrimmage yards per game to opposing No. 1 running backs since their bye week. The Cowboys are currently 3.5-point favorites and should have success running the ball with Pollard this week. He's a low-end RB1 who should be started in all fantasy leagues.
