We are back at it on a Monday here at RotoBaller, and we have ourselves a healthy nine-game slate to get the week started. Tonight's slate is full of pitching up top, but there are not a ton of value plays. We also have a ton of stacks with high implied run totals tonight, making this a tricky slate to navigate.

I have also created a hitter model that is not public, but I will reference it in this article.

Top MLB DFS Pitcher for DraftKings, FanDuel
Dylan Cease, SP - TOR ($10.0K DK/$10.6K FD)
Dylan Cease will face the Houston Astros at home tonight. He has the highest ceiling of anyone on tonight's slate, and that I am willing to chase that. He has a 34.7% K% projected in my model, with 8.09 strikeouts.
The Astros this season have a 22.3% K%, .733 OPS, and a 104 wRC+ against RHP. They are hot at the moment, but so is Cease. He has a 2.15 xFIP, 40.0% K%, and a 1.09 WHIP over his last two starts. Cease has a chance to strike out double digits in this spot, and if that happens, you're going to need him. Find ways to get up to him and make him a priority in lineups.
Top MLB DFS Stack for DraftKings, FanDuel
Los Angeles Dodgers (Model-Projected IRT of 5.6 runs) vs. Zebby Matthews
The Dodgers take the cake as my top stack on tonight's slate as they will head to Target Field to take on Zebby Matthews and the Minnesota Twins. The Dodgers have nine hitters in my handiness model with over a 100 hitter rating. They have an implied run total of 5.6.
Matthews has a 4.70 xFIP, 1.35 WHIP, 2.08 HR/9, 44.8%FB%, and a 40.2% Hard Hit% over the last month. The Dodgers are on fire. They have an .867 OPS and a 141 wRC+ against RHP during that span. I love this spot for the Dodgers to put up double digits tonight.

Top MLB DFS Hitter for DraftKings, FanDuel
Seiya Suzuki, OF - CHC ($5.1K DK/$3.0K FD)
I want to start off this section by saying Miguel Amaya looks phenomenal tonight, but I am unsure he cracks the lineup. Suzuki will be my first click in Cubs stacks for that reason and is the top option on tonight's slate. He has a .374 wOBA, .171 ISO, and a .854 OPS over his last 38 ABs against RHP. Senga has allowed a .395 wOBA, .250 ISO, and a .944 OPS to RHH this season.
