We have a tremendous Friday night slate on tap. There are plenty of options to go around, so my biggest advice tonight is to avoid the spots that garner ownership, since there are plenty of opportunities to pivot. Let's find out where my favorite spots on tonight's slate are.

Top MLB DFS Pitcher for DraftKings, FanDuel
Jacob deGrom, SP - TEX ($10.0K DK/$10.0K FD)
Jacob deGrom is the top option tonight on the bump. He will square off against the San Diego Padres at home in the pitcher-friendly confines of Globe Life Field. deGrom has a 6.32 strikeout projection in my model tonight as well as the Padres having a 3.5 implied run total.
As you can see in the chart above, the Padres have struggled mightily this season at the plate. They have a 23.1% K%, .656 OPS, and an 86 wRC+ against RHP. Over the last 14 days, they have a .627 OPS and a 70 wRC+. deGrom is in great form with a 2.59 xFIP, 28.4% K%, and a 15.3% SwStr% over his last two starts. deGrom is my SP1 tonight in all formats.
Top MLB DFS Stack for DraftKings, FanDuel
Los Angeles Angels (Model-Projected IRT of 5.0 runs) vs. Jeffrey Springs
There are a few stacks that stand out tonight, but the Angels are at the top of my team model and hitter model for stack grade. They will get a ballpark upgrade tonight, playing at Sutter Health Park, where there will be a 15+ mph wind blowing out at first pitch.
Springs has really struggled as of late and is someone I want to pick on with his recent form. Over his last few starts, he has a 5.13 xFIP, 2.08 WHIP, 4.15 HR/9, 41.2% FB%, and a 41.2% Hard Hit%. The Angels are a much better team against southpaws, with a .712 OPS and a 97 wRC+ this season against the split. I think we get them at low ownership tonight, so this is my top stack in GPPs.

Top MLB DFS Hitter for DraftKings, FanDuel
Bryan Reynolds, OF - PIT ($5.8K DK/$3.9K FD)
Bryan Reynolds will head out west to Coors Field and get a great matchup with Kyle Freeland. Reynolds has crushed LHP this season to a .411 wOBA, .256 ISO, and a .997 OPS. Freeland has allowed .423 wOBA, .243 ISO, and a 1.021 OPS to RHH this season. Fire up Reynolds in all formats tonight.
