We have a tricky slate tonight, with not too much on the bump and a ton of stacks that look incredible. The key to ending up in the green tonight will be nailing your pitching and focusing on targeting safety on the mound compared to upside. This will be a floor slate for pitching, so let's target some safe options and let our stacks score us points tonight.

Top MLB DFS Pitcher for DraftKings, FanDuel
Yoshinobu Yamamoto, SP - LAD ($9.5K DK/$10.9K FD)
This may be the worst pitching slate I have seen this season. It is hard to find anything even servicable on the mound tonight, and Yoshinobu Yamamoto stands out like a sore thumb. He will be pitching at home tonight in Dodger Stadium against the Giants.
Moto has been great in 2026, pitching to a 3.55 xFIP, 23.5% K%, 1.01 WHIP, 1.03 HR/9, 39.3% FB%, and a 37.8% Hard Hit%. He has a 28.2% xK% in my model over his last two starts, so the swing and miss have been great.
The Giants this season have a 21.1% K% and a .655 OPS against RHP, with an 85 wRC+. The strikeout upside is not immense here, but there is safety in this play because of the lack of offensive production from the Giants. Moto has a projected 21.7% K% with 5.27 strikeouts in my model tonight, making him the SP1 in all formats.

Athletics (Model-Projected IRT of 5.4 runs) vs. Andre Pallante
The Athletics will return home to Sutter Health Park for a homestand with the St. Louis Cardinals. As we know, this is one of the best hitting parks in the big leagues, and tonight we have great hitting weather. There will be a 10+ mph wind blowing straight out with temps in the 80s at first pitch. When the wind is whipping like this in this park, it creates an atmosphere like Wrigley because of the small stadium built around it.
With that being said, I will be targeting both sides of this game heavily, but let's start with the home team, the Athletics. The A's are starting to heat up. They have a .799 OPS and a 119 wRC+ against RHP over the last 30 days. They have an 18.9% K% over that span and have brought their season total down to a 21.6%.
Andre Pallante does do a good job keeping the ball on the ground, but he still has allowed a 1.21 HR/9 this season and a 1.50 HR/9 over his last two starts. He has a 4.55 xFIP and a 1.37 WHIP this season. In this park, in these elements, with how hot this A's team is, he is going to have trouble keeping the ball in the yard.

Masyn Winn, SS - STL ($3.5K DK/$2.9K FD)
Of course, Jordan Walker and Ivan Herrera are incredible plays in their own right tonight, but I wanted to feature Masyn Winn to give you all a sneaky underowned part of Cardinals stacks to target. Winn this season is slashing .367/.412/.500 with a .912 OPS against LHP and has a .929 OPS against southpaws over his last 14 PA. Springs has allowed a .395 SLG and a 10.1% Brl% to RHH this season.
