We have an awesome eight-game slate on tap tonight in MLB. I have a game stack I am raving about for tonight's slate and a pitcher in an elite spot at a cheap price point. This is one of my favorite slates of the year.

Top MLB DFS Pitcher for DraftKings, FanDuel
Nolan McLean, SP - NYM ($8.5K DK/$10.2K FD)
Nolan McLean is my top arm on tonight's slate and is my SP1 on both sites. My model has him projected for a 31.7% K% and 7.05 strikeouts against this Twins team. It will be 45 degrees at first pitch in Citi Field tonight, making this a tremendous spot for pitchers.
This season, McLean has posted a 2.89 xFIP, 31.5% K%, 0.76 WHIP, and a 0.38 HR/9. He has allowed a 21.2% Hard Hit%, which is absurd. His xK% is 32.6%, which surprises me given his 9.9% SwStr%. This dude is elite.

The Twins this season have a 24.7% K% and a .718 OPS against RHP, with a 104 wRC+. Over the L14, they have a 22.7% K%, .731 OPS, and s 109 wRC+. My model has the Twins projected for 3.3 runs, which is one of the lowest on the slate.

Arizona Diamondbacks (Model Projected IRT (Implied Run Total)- 4.8) vs. Sean Burke
The roof will be open tonight at Chase Field, and it will be around 90 degrees at first pitch. There will also be a 20+ mph wind blowing out to right field, and although this stadium will limit the wind, there will still be an impact, making this a great-hitting weather.
Sean Burke has struggled mightily over his last two starts, pitching to a 5.23 xFIP, 3.8% SwStr%, 1.35 WHIP, and a 1.74 HR/9. He has allowed a 31.3% FB% and a 32.4% Hard Hit% during that span.
The Snakes are starting to heat up. They have a .705 OPS and a 94 wRC+ against RHP over the last 14 days. My model has the Diamondbacks projected for 4.8 runs tonight. I love this game stack, and, as you will find out later in this article, I will be all over both sides of it.

Munetaka Murakami, 1B - CHW ($4.8K DK/$3.5K FD)
Munetaka Murakami is on fire to start his MLB career and is going to be a star. He is slashing .231/.412/.529 with a .931 OPS and 5 HRs against RHP so far this season. We have wind blowing out to his pull side tonight, and Merrill Kelly has gotten crushed by LHH this season. He has allowed a .455 SLG, .273 ISO, 33.3% Brl%, and a 55.6% Hard Hit% to the split in 2026.
