Zach Ertz Has Decent Chance To Play
Zach Ertz (kidney, rib) has a decent chance to play in the wild-card game against the Seahawks on Sunday, according to a source. "He really wants to play in this football game," head coach Doug Pederson said. However, he hasn't been cleared for contact and will get more tests on Saturday to determine if he'll play. Right tackle Lane Johnson (ankle) is also pushing to play, but he is iffy for Sunday and is still having issues with a high ankle sprain suffered in Week 14. Ertz has been wearing a flak jacket at practice and will likely be a game-time decision on Sunday. With the highest price at his position on DraftKings, Ertz is an extremely risky DFS option for wild-card weekend. If he plays, he might just be more of a decoy. Dallas Goedert should see a bigger workload regardless of whether Ertz plays and is the better DFS bet.
