4 years agoThe initial diagnosis for Pittsburgh Steelers right tackle Zach Banner's knee injury is a torn ACL, according to a source informed of the situation. Banner will undergo an MRI exam to verify the potential season-ending injury. He was injured late in the 26-16 win over the Giants on Monday night. Banner was the starting right tackle and was in his second season with the team. Chukwuma Okorafor is listed as Banner's backup at right tackle on the depth chart. It's bad news for the Steelers offensive line early in the season, especially with running back James Conner (ankle) suffering an injury in the season opener as well.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
