Arizona Cardinals head coach Kliff Kingsbury said that defensive end Zach Allen (ankle) will be ready to go in time for training camp next month. Allen was able to work out on the side during practice on Monday after recovering from ankle surgery in January. The 24-year-old pass-rusher battled through his ankle issue last year and managed to play in 15 games, recording a career-high 48 tackles (30 solo), five tackles for loss, 14 QB hits, a career-high four sacks, one interception, four passes defensed and three fumble recoveries (one for a touchdown). If fully healthy, he should have a big role on the Cardinals defensive line as he heads into the final year of his rookie contract.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
