Yu Darvish Is A Strong Pick In 2018
7 years agoDespite his struggles in the World Series, Chicago Cubs starting pitcher Yu Darvish remains a strong option heading into the 2018 season. Darvish has averaged a strong 11 strikeouts per nine innings in his five year career and that comes along with a cool 1.17 career WHIP. Darvish isn’t in the same class at the top tier of guys like Clayton Kershaw, Chris Sale and Corey Kluber but he’s not far away. His move to the Cubs should be beneficial as he should be able to secure more wins. Darvish should be able to throw around 200 innings and rack up 200 strikeouts. He’s a strong pick after the top tier starters are off the board.
