Chicago White Sox second baseman Yoan Moncada (hamstring) left Wednesday's game in the eighth inning after sustaining a leg injury sliding into third base. According to reports, he left the field under his own power but while holding the back of his left leg. The Chicago Tribune's Paul Sullivan is reporting Moncada left the game due to left hamstring tightness. A leg injury will hamper Moncada's great start to the 2018 season, where he has looked like a true power/speed monster with six home runs and four stolen bases in 27 games thus far. The White Sox are off Thursday, giving Moncada time to rest the hamstring if needed.--Phil Goyette
