The Indianapolis Colts placed defensive end Yannick Ngakoue (throat) on Injured Reserve on Saturday, ending his 2022 season with just two games to go. Ngakoue suffered a throat injury in Week 16 and will require surgery. The 27-year-old has been Indy's best pass-rusher this year, so it will be a big loss for their final two games, starting this weekend against the New York Giants. Ngakoue will finish his first year with the Colts with 29 tackles (18 solo), eight tackles for loss, 16 QB hits, a team-high 9.5 sacks and a forced fumble in his 15 starts. The Colts will hope Kwity Paye and Dayo Odenyingbo can step up without Ngakoue in these final two games. Indy's defense/special teams should be ignored by fantasy managers in Week 17.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
