5 years agoTampa Bay Rays third baseman Yandy Diaz (foot) is not in the starting lineup for Game 5 of the American League Division Series against the Astros on Thursday. Diaz exited in Game 3 and also sat out of Game 4 on Tuesday. Joey Wendle will man the hot corner and hit seventh against Rays starter Tyler Glasnow. Wendle hit just .231/.293/.340 with three homers, 19 RBI and eight stolen bases in 238 at-bats this year, so he won't be much of a single-game DFS play. He has two hits (one double) and an RBI in his seven at-bats in the postseason this year.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
