6 years agoAtlanta Braves rookie outfielder Ronald Acuna's (elbow) X-rays on his left elbow came back negative after he left the game in the first inning after being hit by a pitch on Wednesday. He underwent a CT scan as well, and those results will be announced Thursday. While it's good news, Acuna isn't out of the woods yet and could still require an extended absence and trip to the disabled list. It'd be a huge loss for the Braves and fantasy owners if Acuna lands on the DL. He's one of the most electric young outfielders in the game and has been scorching hot at the plate recently. Adam Duvall would see more playing time if Acuna is out for a while.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
