William Byron Consistently Average At Fontana
5 years agoWilliam Byron hasn't enjoyed a lot of success in California. In two career starts at the track, he has finished 15th in both and an average running position of 17th. Byron qualified 21st for Sunday's race but appeared to have a setup meant for the long runs that often come from these two-mile flat tracks. During the second practice session of the weekend, Byron ranked in the top 10 in 10-lap average speed. Byron's current value is 13th, and at that price, he will likely appear on quite a few lineups this week as a low risk, high upside pick.
