Will Zalatoris Looks to Build Momentum from Memphis

After a very disappointing stretch that consisted of a 59th, a 77th, a missed cut, and a withdrawal in the span of four starts, Will Zalatoris finally showed signs of life at the WGC-FedEx St. Jude Classic. The former Wake Forest product gained strokes in all four major categories, including +3.9 with the putter. Last week marked the first time that Zalatoris had gained strokes putting in six starts, and the ball-striking markedly improved as well. While it's nice to see him regain some confidence, I still prefer Zalatoris on longer and more difficult courses, as he is a much better long iron player than he is wedge player.
