The Washington Nationals selected the top-ranked player on nearly every MLB draft board, selecting Louisiana State outfielder Dylan Crews. Crews originally withdrew from the 2020 draft to go to college and won a College World Series title with the Tigers this year as he won the Golden Spikes Award and was a 3-time All-American in college. Crews crushed the ball at a .426/.567/.713 pace, scoring 100 runs in just 71 games, hitting 18 home runs. He should be able to play center field at the major league level, though he has a very strong arm that would work in right field.--Benjamin ChaseRead More News
