Vladimir Guerrero Jr. Could Resume Swinging This Weekend
Vladimir Guerrero Jr. (knee) continues to get treatment on his right knee and is feeling better every day, according to manager John Schneider. Guerrero could get back in the batting cages by the weekend. Guerrero is dealing with a sore right knee and is taking things slowly in camp. It's not a serious injury by any means, but the Blue Jays aren't going to rush him back to Grapefruit League action. The 23-year-old has a good shot of returning to game action at some point next week, and barring any setbacks once he returns, he should still be considered the top fantasy option at first base in 2023.
