5 years agoPhiladelphia Phillies pitcher Vince Velasquez will draw the start against the Miami Marlins on Saturday. Velasquez holds a 4.83 ERA in seven starts with the Phillies this season. He was demoted to the bullpen, but hasn't pitched much better there. He's a risky DFS option even against the Marlins weak offense.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
