Minnesota Vikings run-stuffing defensive tackle Linval Joseph was a full participant in practice on Tuesday, his first full practice since recovering from offseason surgery. Joseph is an elite interior defender, and his return undoubtedly boosts the prospects of the Vikings defense. This is a deep and talented defensive roster at all three levels with lots of experience. They've been a very consistent fantasy unit during coach Zimmer's entire run, finishing 10th, 8th, 1st, 12th, and 6th in total fantasy points from 2014-2018. Though it is still the preseason, the Vikings held the Seattle Seahawks to just 221 total yards in Week 2's 25-19 victory. The Vikings are being drafted as DEF6 currently, but it may be wise to target them a bit higher.
