5 years agoPittsburgh Steelers tight end Vance McDonald (shoulder) missed practice for the second straight day on Thursday. McDonald may have aggravated something after suiting up in Week 5. He still has a day to get back into practice, but his status is looking up in the air for Sunday night against the Chargers. With his health in question and Pittsburgh's quarterback situation up in the air for this weekend, McDonald is shaping up as more of a shaky TE2. If he's inactive, it'll be Nick Vannett taking over the pass-catching duties, although he's nothing more than a desperation low-end TE2.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
